Remote bookkeeping role responsible for recording and reconciling transactions in QuickBooks, managing expenses and receipts, preparing P&L/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow reports, supporting payroll and invoicing, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with CPAs. Remote night-shift telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls with US clients, follow scripts, schedule appointments, update CRM, meet daily call targets, and perform basic administrative tasks including CRM data entry, reporting, lead tracking, and internal coordination.

Lead a small remote team of virtual assistants to deliver social media and administrative services, manage client relationships, develop and implement social strategies, review content and reports, track KPIs, ensure platform policy compliance, and maintain quality and timely delivery.
