Duration: 6 months Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hybrid) Reports to: APAC Marketing Operations Manger  

Role 

Support the APAC marketing team with marketing operations: data hygiene, reporting, and dashboard maintenance. 

Qualifications

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related. 
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups). SQL is a plus. 
  • Some exposure to Salesforce. Familiarity with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus. 
  • Working English. Mandarin is a plus. 
  • Available full-time for 6 months. 
Responsibilities

Responsibilities 

  • Clean and maintain marketing data in Salesforce: deduplicate leads and accounts, fix field inconsistencies, apply naming conventions, correct lead source and campaign attribution. 
  • Maintain internal marketing lists: target accounts, event attendees, campaign contacts. 
  • Review weekly and monthly marketing numbers (MQLs, SQLs, opportunity influence, campaign ROI) and flag errors before reporting. 
  • Build and update Looker Studio dashboards for pipeline, channel performance, events, and campaigns. 
  • Support campaign launches: UTM tagging, form mapping, list uploads, post-campaign data reconciliation. 
  • Document data hygiene processes.
