Primary Purpose
Serves as a technical subject matter expert within the Offer Management lifecycle, with a strong understanding of business processes, offer configuration, data management and reporting. Provides support for complex promotions and offer-related projects, ensuring seamless integration across systems and marketing channels. Collaborates with Enterprise Marketing, Loyalty IT, Digital IT, and POS teams to stay current on system capabilities and to recommend process optimizations. Demonstrates foundational knowledge of relational databases, APIs, and third-party data flows. Trains team members and contributes to the documentation of best practices and governance frameworks.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC and Carlisle, PA.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support core functions of the offer management lifecycle that could include, offer setup, data validation and peer review, offer publishing, data reporting, offer reconciliation, offer testing and testing system upgrades and code releases
- Support day-to-day operations, ensuring data accuracy, process documentation, training and data reporting
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate offer setup, aligning with marketing or commercial strategies
- Partner with key stakeholders on development and maintenance of campaign calendars and production timelines
- Assist in auditing data feeds and business processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Assist in troubleshooting offer issues and escalating technical concerns as needed
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on data quality and process efficiency
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for offer delivery in cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Foster clear communication with cross-functional partners to support operational needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on data quality and process efficiency
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support business operations and decision-making
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience supporting promotions, loyalty programs or coupons
- 1+ years of experience working in customer specific marketing, digital marketing, loyalty marketing, eCommerce, database administration or data analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of traditional SQL or NoSQL databases
- Basic knowledge of analytics solutions and visualizations using PowerBI
- Experience in retail, grocery, CSM marketing, loyalty marketing or digital marketing
- Experience in enterprise systems and databases that support promotions, coupons, and/or loyalty points
- Experience in manipulating and validating data using Microsoft Excel or similar tool
