Primary Purpose
This position provides end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and reporting support for the Maintenance organization and all ADUSA brands, with direct reporting into Finance. The role is accountable for key budgeting, forecasting, period reporting, and long-term planning activities specifically related to Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) performance, spend visibility, and operational decision-making. The role delivers timely, accurate, and decision-oriented financial and facilities maintenance and repairs insights through data-driven analysis and clear recommendations that enable strategic and operational decision making.
The incumbent is expected to perform strongly across core FP&A disciplines, including period end close review, business partnering, financial modeling, and advanced analytics. This role prepares high quality monthly financial reporting and ensures leaders receive concise, actionable insights aligned to business priorities.
Success in this role requires a forward-thinking finance professional who leverages advanced analytics, automation, and strategic perspective to continuously enhance decision quality and elevate the FP&A function.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Carlisle, PA, and Scarborough, ME.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Execute planning and reporting processes for the Maintenance organization across all ADUSA brands, including annual budget, in-year forecasts, latest estimates, long-term planning, and period/quarter financial reporting.
  • Partner with Maintenance and brand leaders to establish appropriate financial targets (Budget/Forecast/3YP) that reflect business strategies, priorities, and initiatives.
  • Serve as a key business partner, meeting with Maintenance, Retail brand leaders and cross-brand stakeholder teams to provide clarity on results, key drivers, variances, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Lead efficient and insight driven Forecast and Latest Estimate cycles, identifying R&M-specific risks and opportunities and supporting development of mitigating actions.
  • Conduct period close review and analysis, ensuring accuracy of financial results, thorough variance explanations, and clear communication of Maintenance cost trends, productivity, and brand-level impacts.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytics to support Maintenance and R&M decision making, improve visibility into cost drivers, and enable brand comparisons and performance benchmarking.Ability to use modern analytics and automation tools to enhance insight generation, improve forecast accuracy, and streamline recurring Maintenance and R&M reporting processes
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Maintenance leadership to support planning and facilitation of team meetings, engagement activities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in the FP&A Analyst Forum to promote collaboration, analytics upskilling, and knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and leverage automation and analytics tools.
  • Perform additional duties as requested to support business needs and uphold company Values.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting or a related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities; experience with Power BI preferred
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools; prior SAP/BPC exposure for actuals and planning cycles strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance audiences
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data build financial models, and synthesize insights clearly for leadership
  • Experience preparing financial reporting packages and presentations for executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Adaptability and willingness to leverage new tools, technologies, and analytical approaches

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Operations, Facilities or Maintenance organization
  • Experience with Maintenance systems or work-order platforms (e.g., CMMS, asset management tools), or familiarity with R&M cost drivers.
  • Ability to interpret operational data related to Repairs & Maintenance (work order activity, vendor spend, asset condition, maintenance cycles)
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Python/SQL exposure)
  • Experience partnering with field, facility or technical operations teams to translate business needs into financial impacts.
  • Experience in Retail, Grocery preferred

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
