Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator, ANZ to join our Marketing team.

In this fast-paced position, you’ll have the opportunity to support the execution of high-impact field marketing initiatives and multi-touch campaigns that drive pipeline growth across Australia and New Zealand. Working alongside regional sales teams and global marketing experts, you will play a key part in activating both local and corporate demand generation plans, with a specific focus on driving interest in our Digital Business Unit's solutions. Your collaboration with local vendors and internal stakeholders will directly help accelerate revenue opportunities and strengthen our brand presence in the cluster.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:

  • Execute integrated marketing programs: Deploy measurable email, digital, web, social, and event campaigns mapped across the customer buying journey to generate leads and bookings.

  • Implement pipeline acceleration strategies: Partner closely with sales, sales operations, and sales enablement teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and maximize the return on local campaigns.

  • Support event management and selection: Assist with sponsored and hosted events, ensuring a cohesive pre-, at-, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.

  • Manage local vendors and budgets: Assist with the onboarding and day-to-day management of external suppliers, including events services, direct mail providers, and content syndication agencies.

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance: Monitor operational metrics and campaign ROI to optimize activities and contribute to regional pipeline health.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in B2B demand generation or field marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices, and multi-channel campaign deployment.

  • An affinity and creative flair for digital marketing channels, tactics, and modern automation tools.

  • Excellent collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and consult with multiple local and international stakeholders.

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
