The Senior Coordinator, Site Optimization supports digital measurement, audience activation, and website personalization across NASCAR and its associated entities. This role creates and maintains ad hoc digital reporting, assists with analytics and marketing tag implementation and validation, and supports A/B testing and personalized experiences within NASCAR’s Adobe technology ecosystem.

Based in the Charlotte, North Caroline office, the Senior Coordinator helps translate business requirements into Customer Journey Analytics reporting, Adobe Experience Platform audiences, Adobe Target activities, and campaign performance insights. The ideal candidate will have a combination of web analytics, personalization, and digital optimization experience, with a strong preference for candidates with similar role experience.

What You'll Do

  • Measure digital marketing and personalization performance and communicate relevant findings to internal stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics using established data sources, metrics, and reporting standards.

  • Analyze audience behavior, campaign results, and personalization performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

  • Assist with the configuration, quality assurance, and performance evaluation of Adobe Target A/B tests and personalized experiences.

  • Validate audience qualification rules, experience delivery, and reporting for Adobe Target activities.

  • Assist with the implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of analytics tags, marketing pixels, and Adobe Web SDK data collection.

  • Partner with media, partnerships, admissions, NASCAR Fan Rewards, development, and other internal teams to gather requirements and explain available reporting, audience, and personalization capabilities.

  • Maintain documentation for dashboards, audience definitions, Adobe Target activities, tagging requirements, and quality-assurance results.

  • Participate in Agile development and release processes supporting NASCAR websites and mobile applications.

  • Ability to troubleshoot data capture and personalization incidents on websites. Basic working knowledge of frontend web development code, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is beneficial to this role.

  • Travel: 5% throughout race season

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.

  • One to three years of current digital analytics operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Hands-on experience using web analytics platforms for reporting, analysis and validation.

  • Proficient with all Company-provided hardware and software, with experience in mobile technologies.

  • Emphasis on creation of audience segments, Adobe Target site personalization activities, and subsequent evaluation of campaign and personalization performance.

  • Basic familiarity with frontend website coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.           

  • Business-minded strategic thinker. 

  • Aptitude for collaboration with cross-functional teams in a complex environment.

  • Ability to make decisions and move to action with a hands-on approach.
