Key Responsibilities
- Owns Lowe's LinkedIn presence end-to-end , including strategy , editorial planning , content development , publishing , community management , governance , and performance optimization .
- Leads corporate storytelling across Lowe's social ecosystem , ensuring corporate , community , foundation , employer brand , and executive narratives are effectively integrated across appropriate Lowe's social channels .
- Serves as the primary social media lead for enterprise storytelling initiatives , translating business priorities into social-first narratives that strengthen Lowe's reputation and visibility .
- Identifies and activates real-time storytelling opportunities tied to business milestones , cultural moments , executive visibility , community impact , and reputational considerations .
- Owns strategy , governance , and evolution of Lowe's Employee Ambassador Program.
- Develops scalable frameworks that enable associates to amplify corporate , community , foundation , culture , recruiting , and business stories through authentic employee advocacy .
- Partners with Talent Acquisition , Human Resources, Communications, and Brand Marketing teams to align ambassador content and participation with enterprise priorities .
- Establishes content planning , participation guidelines , governance standards , and measurement frameworks for employee advocacy efforts .
- Evaluates program effectiveness through participation , engagement , amplification , and business impact metrics while identifying opportunities for growth and scale .
- Leads , coaches , and develops a growing Corporate Social team , fostering capabilities across LinkedIn, corporate storytelling , executive social support , and employee advocacy .
- Monitors performance , audience insights , and social trends to optimize strategy and identify new opportunities for enterprise storytelling and employee-powered amplification
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- Proven experience owning and managing a brand or corporate LinkedIn presence , including content strategy , editorial planning , and performance optimization
- Experience developing and operationalizing corporate or enterprise-level narratives across social
- Strong experience partnering cross-functionally with Communications, Public Relations, Brand Marketing, and / or executive stakeholders to align messaging and storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to manage content calendars and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders , priorities , and business functions
- Experience creating or overseeing platform native content that supports brand reputation , employer brand , or corporate communications objectives
- Familiarity with executive and / or employee advocacy programs , with experience supporting ( but not necessarily owning ) executive social presence
- Experience working in a fast-paced , highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and approval layers
