Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes corporate storytelling across Lowe's social ecosystem, elevating community impact, foundation initiatives, associate stories, innovation efforts, business priorities, and reputation-building moments.
- Manages LinkedIn content planning and editorial calendar execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, key business moments, and stakeholder needs.
- Monitors and actively manages LinkedIn community engagement, responding to conversations, identifying engagement opportunities, and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Tracks, analyzes, and reports on LinkedIn and corporate storytelling performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy, audience engagement, and business impact.
- Partners cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Community Relations, and Foundation teams to identify and translate key business priorities into social-first content.
- Coordinates closely with Creative, Production, and Social teams to ensure timely delivery of platform-native content.
- Supports real-time and reactive storytelling opportunities tied to cultural moments, community initiatives, business milestones, and corporate announcements.
- Monitors audience engagement, platform trends, and conversation insights to identify emerging storytelling opportunities and content optimizations.
- Supports day-to-day coordination and execution of executive social content and publishing needs in partnership with the Manager, Corporate Social and Executive Communications stakeholders.
- Assists in the development and operationalization of Lowe's Employee Ambassador Program, including content coordination, participant support, publishing workflows, and engagement tracking.
- Helps establish governance, best practices, and scalable processes that support future growth of executive social and employee advocacy programs.
- Provides executional support across employee ambassador and executive social initiatives until dedicated program resources are established.
- Contributes to the development of Lowe's emerging Corporate Social function by helping establish scalable workflows, governance frameworks, planning processes, and operational best practices that support future team growth and expanded capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Digital, Public Relations, Communications or related degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 4-6 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or communications
- Experience executing social media content and managing day-to-day channel operations, especially LinkedIn
- Experience managing content calendars and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing content for LinkedIn or corporate social channels preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams such as Communications, Brand Marketing, or Talent Acquisition
- Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
