  • Support the team’s adoption and practical use of enterprise AI tools, including ChatGPT, by developing prompts, templates, workflows, and use cases that improve efficiency while maintaining brand, legal, privacy, and compliance standards.

  • Act as a day-to-day resource for Local Marketing Managers and cross-functional partners seeking guidance on local marketing strategy, program execution, and operational processes.

  • Support performance tracking, market analysis, and insight development to inform future local marketing initiatives.

  • Support project management and coordination of vendor, agency, contract, budget, invoicing, and accounts payable deliverables.

  • Develop presentations, leadership updates, market summaries, and performance readouts that communicate local marketing priorities, progress, results, and recommendations.

  • Stay informed on local market trends, competitive broadband activity, community engagement opportunities, and emerging SEO/AEO/GEO best practices.
