- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web and/or mobile applications.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and collaborative product design.
- 2+ years of experience developing or partnering on front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
- 3+ years of experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- 3+ years of experience designing responsive web applications across multiple devices, screen sizes, and platforms.
- Experience applying accessibility standards and best practices, including WCAG guidelines, to create inclusive digital experiences.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- 2 + years of experience using AI-powered design-to-code tools to translate UX/UI designs (e.g., Figma) into DEV-ready front-end code and accelerate development workflows.
- 1+ years of experience integrating existing RESTful APIs and backend services into front-end applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and data-driven interfaces.
- Ability to bridge design and engineering by converting user-centered designs into scalable, maintainable React/TypeScript implementations.
- Experience designing enterprise workflow applications, dashboards, reporting tools, or operational analytics experiences
- Experience in contributing to design systems, reusable component libraries, or enterprise design standards
- Experience collaborating with front-end engineering teams using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, or modern web application frameworks
- Experience simplifying complex data, processes, or workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Experience presenting design concepts, research findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Experience with AI-powered tools, chatbots, large language model capabilities, automation, or agentic workflows
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex design and technology challenges
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to generate, optimize, and refine front-end code from design artifacts and prototypes.
