- Drive initiatives through the full product lifecycle from strategy and concept through deployment and adoption.

- Influence stakeholders and senior leaders to build alignment and drive decisions across diverse teams.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging fraud threats, and competitive capabilities to identify future opportunities.
- Challenge existing approaches and identify opportunities to improve fraud outcomes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- 5+ years of Product Management, Program Management, Strategic Planning, Product Ownership, Change Delivery, or related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, and education.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience within a large financial services organization.
- Demonstrated experience defining product strategies, managing roadmaps, and delivering technology-enabled capabilities within a large organization.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes across business and technology teams.
- Strong facilitation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience in fraud management, financial crimes, cybersecurity, risk management, or related domains.
- Experience delivering data, analytics, AI/ML, workflow, or technology-enabled capabilities.
- Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.
- Demonstrated success navigating complex, highly matrixed organizations.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively with executive leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
