About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for Auto Finance originations. This role blends product vision, technology leadership, and business impact-delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
  • Frame and build out forward leaning ideas (including AI capabilities) on both revenue generation and cost savings
  • Build business cases for initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategy
  • Lead intent design and partner with Tech leadership to finalize Tech design -
  • Define and prioritize product features aligned with business goals and customer needs
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for technology solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, tech, product, legal, compliance, risk) to design and deliver optimal solutions
  • Mentor and develop less-tenured associates within the tech team
  • Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and company policy
  • Champion agile methodologies and foster continuous improvement
  • Translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations and clear communication
  • Demonstrate effective collaboration and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Synthesize multi-dimensional, complex concepts into clear actions and decisions
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4 + years of experience with modern tech stacks (cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps)
  • 4 + years of experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Experience supporting Auto Finance and/or Consumer Lending
  • Ability to assess risk, implement solutions, and influence change
  • Experience with AI
Job Expectations:
  • Willingness to work on-site at one of the stated locations on the job opening
  • Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule.
