Lead Product Manager; Testing Lead, WIM Operations, Account Opening & Maintenance

Leads product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery for Account Opening and Maintenance initiatives. Partners with business, technology, operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders; manages Jira backlogs and governance forums; develops business cases and executive presentations; uses analytics and GenAI to support decisions; and mentors Product Owners. The role also leads testing strategy, test planning, regression testing, defect management, quality reporting, and coordination of distributed testing teams.

In this role, you will:
- Own product outcomes end-to-end by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering capabilities that maximize customer and business value.
- Drive product vision, roadmap, and prioritization across complex initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted liaison among business, technology, operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and governance forums, including agendas, decisions, action items, and meeting minutes.
- Develop business cases and executive presentations to support strategic decisions and investments.
- Leverage data, analytics, and insights to guide prioritization and decision-making.
- Manage product roadmaps and Jira backlogs while balancing long-term strategy with near-term delivery.
- Utilize GenAI tools to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
- Mentor Product Owners and provide leadership across cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience leading end-to-end testing strategy and execution for large-scale product, technology, or regulatory initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices and hands-on experience with Jira, OpenText ALM Octane, or similar test management platforms.
- Experience developing test plans, test cases, regression testing approaches, and defect management processes for complex enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate onshore and offshore testing teams across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Experience presenting testing results, quality metrics, key risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leaders and governance forums.
- Knowledge of test automation tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies that enhance quality, speed, and scalability.
- Experience within Brokerage, Wealth and Investment Management, Account Opening and Maintenance, or other financial services businesses.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence partners and drive alignment across business and technology organizations.
