  • Identify customer-experience improvements using reporting, operational insights, and performance data.
  • Establish tracking and reporting to monitor milestones, dependencies, implementation progress, and post-launch results.
  • Present issues, recommendations, and strategic proposals to executive leaders to gain alignment and move initiatives forward.
  • Partner across Product, Digital, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Acquisitions, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Proactively surface risks, ask thoughtful questions, resolve ambiguity, and maintain momentum across competing priorities.
  • Provide leadership across initiatives and serve as a resource or mentor to less experienced team members.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience using reporting and performance measures to track implementation progress and outcomes.
  • Ability to influence partners and leaders without direct authority.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Technology, Digital, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, or Marketing teams.
  • Strong critical-thinking, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
