About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Future Autonomous Marketing (FAM) team, an initiative focused on transforming the way marketing is planned, created, optimized, and delivered through an ecosystem of AI-powered agents.
In this role, you will serve as the strategic Product Owner for the Experience Optimization Agent, a core capability within the FAM ecosystem. The Experience Optimization Agent will enable campaign managers to design, configure, launch, measure, and optimize digital experiments and personalized experiences through AI-assisted recommendations, guided workflows, automation, and decision support.
You will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, delivery priorities, adoption, and business outcomes for this capability. You will define how AI and experimentation platforms, including Adobe Target, work together to simplify complex processes, improve experimentation quality, accelerate speed to market, and increase customer and business value.
This role requires a product leader who understands digital experimentation, marketing technology platforms, platform integrations, and emerging AI capabilities. The successful candidate will translate marketer and business needs into scalable product capabilities and lead delivery in partnership with engineering, architecture, data science, analytics, design, risk, and control teams.
This is not a hands-on test builder, campaign execution, or experimentation practitioner role. The Product Owner must understand experimentation and personalization practices but will be primarily accountable for setting product direction, defining platform capabilities, making prioritization and trade-off decisions, and delivering an enterprise-scale, AI-enabled product.

  • Product Strategy & Ownership
    • Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the Experience Optimization Agent.
    • Prioritize investments and capabilities that deliver measurable value for marketers and the business.
    • Define product requirements and drive execution from discovery through delivery and adoption.
    • Track product performance and continuously improve outcomes based on user feedback and data.
  • AI & Platform Leadership
    • Define how AI-powered recommendations, automation, and agent capabilities are integrated into experimentation workflows.
    • Partner with technology, architecture, data, and AI teams to deliver scalable, reusable platform capabilities.
    • Drive product decisions that balance user needs, business value, technical feasibility, and risk considerations.
    • Shape the long-term evolution of the Experience Optimization Agent within the Future Autonomous Marketing ecosystem.
  • Experimentation & Personalization
    • Deliver capabilities that simplify the creation, configuration, and optimization of experimentation and personalization activities.
    • Enable guided workflows, intelligent recommendations, and best practices that improve experimentation quality and efficiency.
    • Drive improvements in customer engagement, conversion, and marketing effectiveness.
    • Promote scalable and consistent experimentation practices across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner across marketing, digital, analytics, technology, operations, and risk teams to deliver business outcomes.
    • Align stakeholders on priorities, roadmap decisions, and success measures.
    • Communicate product strategy, progress, and impact to senior leadership.
    • Influence decisions and drive alignment across multiple teams and functions.
  • Governance & Risk Management
    • Ensure product capabilities align with enterprise governance, compliance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
    • Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology Controls teams to enable safe and responsible innovation.
    • Embed appropriate controls, transparency, and human oversight into AI-enabled capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of experience leading digital products, experimentation platforms, personalization platforms, marketing technology solutions, or related enterprise capabilities.
