- Conduct technology reviews, assessments, and dependency mapping exercises to evaluate client environments and define modernization paths.
- Develop and present prototypes and architectural proposals for client pitches, managing them through to completion with the broader team.
- Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs across a wide range of audiences, from engineering teams to C-level client stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards and patterns across multiple teams to ensure consistency and quality across programs.
- Identify systemic architectural risks and cross-program dependencies, and drive resolution in collaboration with delivery leads and practice leadership.
- Support and guide the development of reusable architectural frameworks, reference architectures, and decision guidelines for use across the practice.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools, providing recommendations on their applicability to current and future client engagements.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Architects and Digital Technologists on the team, actively developing talent within the practice.
- Lead technical requirements definition for complex programs, establishing requirements analysis practices for use across delivery teams.
