Superads is an AI-powered creative analytics platform that helps marketers decode what drives ad performance. As Superside’s first standalone SaaS product, Superads is scaling fast with 20-50% month-over-month growth and rapidly expanding its capabilities in AI-driven creative strategy.
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Data & ML Engineer to build scalable, cost-efficient systems that transform messy ad data into reliable intelligence. You’ll lead work on data pipelines, ad connectors, and AI-driven infrastructure, collaborating closely with top engineers and product partners in a high-ownership, high-velocity environment.
What you'll be doing
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data and AI and data pipelines using Snowflake, Temporal and Python.
- Design fault-tolerant, distributed systems capable of processing terabytes of data.
- Build ad connectors from scratch to unify creative and performance data.
- Develop real-time data synchronization and streaming solutions.
- Ensure data reliability, integrity, and cost efficiency across environments.
- Collaborate with other engineering and product teams to integrate data solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong data governance and quality standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Strong experience in Python and production-grade data systems.
- Proven expertise with Temporal or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI systems with APIs and production workflows.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation (benchmarks, metrics, human-in-the-loop methods).Ability to design experiments, analyze outcomes, and iterate fast.
- Familiarity with emerging AI and data trends, and how to apply them to real products.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative, global team.
- Bias for action, curiosity, and drive to build systems that scale.
