The Payment Transformation Team within the Operations Payments Transformation Group is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced payment professional. This lead individual contributor role will serve as a Lead Program Manager supporting a large-scale Payments Transformation program.
This position will be responsible for managing project implementation, and timelines for assigned efforts under the Payments Transformation Program. This team member will also provide technical subject matter expertise to partners inside and outside of Payment Operations including project leadership teams and various senior-level stakeholders.
This position is also known as a Lead Business Execution Consultant.
In this role, you will:
  • Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with the product manager on the overall product intention map.
  • Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and performance indicators.
  • Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product area vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback.
  • Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all known work is added to the backlog and made transparent.
  • Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain continuous and cadenced communication with the product manager and delivery teams
  • Coordinate with business analysts, delivery coordinators, POs, and supporting roles that are shared across delivery teams.
  • Manage tradeoffs and executing day to day backlog prioritization and refinement; defining release plans aligned to the product strategy and intention map
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience executing payments transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of payments platforms, messaging flows, and end-to-end payment lifecycles.
  • Experience working in Production Operations teams or leading initiatives to optimize target-state operating models
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation or migration programs.
  • Familiarity with payment rails and messaging platforms such as FedWire, ACH, FedNow, CHIPS, SWIFT, MT-to-MX, and ISO 20022.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint development and executive-ready storytelling.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize complex inputs from diverse stakeholders into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Customer-centric, outcome-focused mindset with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and meet delivery commitments.
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (some flexibility) - 3/2 hybrid role
