Job Description

· Looking for a Business Analyst to work on a project to make process improvement to infrastructure in order to ensure quicker releases.

· Resource will work with technical resources to gather requirements and turn those into BRD and FRD.

· Financial Services experience highly preferred.

· Resource must be Onsite

· Ideal person would have work in App Dev and exposure or work with Infrastructure (DBs and Client servers).

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong knowledge of BRDs and FRDs

· Recognizes strategic implications of problems and issues.

· Assists in developing initiatives on process/workflow improvements and program/policy changes

· Performs complex analysis and is able to resolve issues.

· Looks beyond symptoms to identify causes of problems and potential trends.     

· Develops and assists in implementing initiatives on process/workflow improvements and program/policy changes.

· Provides guidance to more junior staff.

· Knowledge of client servers, web services, Microsoft suite,

· Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 

· Exposure to application development and infrastructure

MUST HAVES:

· Financial/Banking Background

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Exposure to infrastructure related and application development projects

· Knowledge of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), DB’s, Client-Server

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
