The role is designed for an experienced analyst who independently sets their research agenda, develops and defends investment recommendations, and delivers with minimal oversight while contributing effectively within a small, highly collaborative investment team.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Conduct in-depth, bottom-up research across a broad universe of U.S. large-cap equities, assessing financial performance, competitive positioning, and growth prospects through financial statement analysis, earnings coverage, valuation, and financial modeling.

  • Serve as a core member of the investment team focused on delivering competitive long-term results versus the S&P 500, contributing stock views, pitches, and original research that shape what the strategies own.
  • Act as a senior equity resource to advisors firmwide on individual stocks, industries, sectors, and macro developments, responding to ad hoc requests with speed and accuracy.
  • Author earnings commentary, investment write-ups, and white papers covering investment thesis, valuation, growth drivers, catalysts, and risks for internal investment and advisor audiences.
  • Apply prudent, well-governed AI tools to scale research capacity, accelerate analysis and content production, and surface investment insights, with human judgment applied to every output.
  • Apply expert Excel skills to organize and manipulate data supporting strategy objectives, including modeling, screening, research, compliance, new business, and due diligence.
  • Deliver stock pitches, investment views, and strategy positioning to the equity team, wealth teams, senior leadership, and large internal audiences.
  • Maintain an ongoing research discipline through company and industry research, earnings analysis, and market monitoring to continuously deepen expertise, broaden coverage, and identify new investment opportunities.
