Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Associate on our FX Account Maintenance team.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in lifecycle support tasks for FX institutional trade initiatives and
- Work on client account onboarding, input and monitoring of client reference data, maintenance of Standard Settlement Instructions and collaborate on project work
- Provide subject matter expertise on process enhancements
- Assist stakeholders in bringing individual or teams together in order to resolve issues
- Identify opportunity for process improvements and communicate those to leadership
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience supporting Foreign Exchange (F/X), Derivatives or Money Market Lines of Business
- Knowledge and understanding of capital markets products, industry trends, regulatory changes, and industry-wide best practices within Account Maintenance processes
- Ability to use banking software, desktop software, email, and FX specific applications
- Knowledge of FX business, international finance, and Standard Settlement Instructions. (SSI0)
- Knowledge of CMR, OPICS, Calypso, COBAM, and CID is a plus.
- Experience partnering with global teams
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand and work with data
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work at the posted location - 550 South Tryon, Charlotte, NC
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, at least 3 days a week working in office.
- Ability to work a rotating scheduled between the hours of 8:30am - 7pm Monday - Friday
