This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model(Relocation Required Upon Program Completion.)
All About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Development Representative reporting to the Region Manager, and a key member of the Sales Development Program, you’ll be responsible for driving B2B sales growth and developing your assigned region. You’ll identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage and expand existing retail accounts, and leverage data-driven insights to strengthen relationships and increase profitability.
This role offers structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience designed to prepare you for a successful sales career at Electrolux. Based in our Charlotte, NC office, the program includes both on-site and in-field learning opportunities. Candidates must be open to relocation upon program completion (typically 12–24 months), depending on future sales role availability and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify prospects, develop interest, and close sales through account follow-up, outbound calls, and emails
Influence and improve account profitability through various selling techniques including online presentations, floor matrix illustrations, gap analysis, etc.
Manage and grow existing retail accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets
Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions and opportunities
Execute merchandising and promotional activities to support product launches
Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Partner with logistics and distribution teams to support delivery and service execution
Participate in in-field training, customer visits, and trade shows (15–25% travel)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
1 year of experience in sales, merchandising, or other customer-facing roles
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing multiple accounts
Strong analytical and communication skills; understanding with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Must be willing and able to relocate upon completion of the Sales Development Program (12–24 months) based on business needs and available sales positions
