Identity Digital Innovation Labs (IDIL) is building DNSid - the foundational identity layer for the agentic internet. As AI agents become autonomous participants across enterprises, clouds and the public internet, DNSid enables every agent to have a verifiable, DNS-anchored identity.
This role orchestrates the entire market development strategy including integrated campaigns, executive thought leadership, website strategy, public relations, conferences, partner marketing and community engagement. They ensure every interaction with customers, partners and developers feels intentional and highly personalized.
This role reports to the General Manager with a close partnership with the Commercial Lead of Identity Digital Innovation Labs.

Scope of Services
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the integrated marketing strategy for Innovation Labs
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to commercial priorities
- Manage marketing budget, agency relationships and campaign planning
Market Development
- Own the Innovation Labs website and digital experience
- Partner with PR to execute announcements, media strategy and analyst engagement
- Build executive thought leadership programs and speaking strategies
- Develop conference strategy, speaker submissions and event execution
- Launch and manage the Stewardship Council program
Campaigns & Personalization
- Create integrated campaigns across customers, partners and developers
- Develop highly personalized executive engagement programs using AI
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with Commercial Operations and Business Development
- Measure campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Commercial Operations and Corporate Marketing around one integrated go-to-market motion

- Established Innovation Labs' digital presence through a high-performing website, editorial calendar and integrated campaign engine that supports awareness, engagement and commercial growth
- Successfully planned and executed major product launches, partnership announcements, conferences and executive speaking opportunities with consistent messaging and measurable business impact
- Built a scalable market development engine, including executive thought leadership, partner marketing, Stewardship Council communications and highly personalized account-based engagement
- Established marketing performance metrics and reporting that demonstrate marketing's contribution to awareness, engagement and commercial pipeline
- Positioned DNSid as a recognized thought leader in AI Agent Identity through coordinated PR, analyst engagement, speaking opportunities and strategic content
Who You Are / What You Bring
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, integrated marketing, growth marketing or strategic marketing
- Demonstrated success building marketing organizations or programs from 0 - 1, preferably within AI, cloud, cybersecurity, identity or enterprise infrastructure
- Significant experience developing integrated marketing strategies spanning digital, events, PR, analyst relations, executive thought leadership and demand generation
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing, executive engagement and highly personalized B2B marketing
- Experience owning websites, editorial calendars, campaigns, launches and external communications
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to orchestrate multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Excellent executive communication, writing and storytelling abilities.
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Corporate Marketing and executive leadership
- AI-native operator who uses AI to improve campaign development, personalization, research, planning and execution
- Builder mentality with a bias toward action and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment
- Ability to travel as needed for conferences, partner meetings and executive events

- Legal: The Contractor must be legally authorized to work in the US and have all permits, licenses, and authorizations necessary to function as a contractor

Location:
- Remote within the US (preference for the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DE, MD, MA, MO, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OR, OK, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, and WA)
Compensation:
- $107,000 - $171,000 full-time employee (FTE) salary range, Independent contractor compensation will be paid at a rate based on the agreed-upon engagement
