The Industry Client Success Lead, Accounting & Consulting is a senior leadership role responsible for the health and growth of a portfolio of client relationships across Intapp's professional services verticals. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — partnering with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, and Business Units to drive outcomes that matter for clients and for the business. Your work directly shapes client retention, expansion, and Intapp's reputation as a long-term partner to the firms we serve.

In this role, you will lead a team of client success professionals, owning everything from account planning and escalation management to deal strategy and renewal forecasting. You will build executive relationships, run QBRs, coach your team on account management fundamentals, and serve as the primary voice of the customer into product and leadership. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, a data-driven operating style, and a track record of building high-performing CS teams.

What you will do:

As an Industry Client Success Lead, Accounting & Consulting you can expect to:

  • Own account planning and QBR execution across your portfolio — identifying risks, opportunities, and capacity needs, and communicating findings to leadership and Sales partners.
  • Lead escalation management for high-risk accounts, ensuring cross-functional urgency, executive awareness, and timely resolution with no surprises.
  • Partner with sellers on deal strategy, renewal forecasting, and structuring large strategic deals to optimize client success and consumption plans.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships across key accounts, and coach your team to engage stakeholders at the right levels to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and coach a team of client success professionals through weekly 1:1s, performance feedback, onboarding support, and career development conversations.
What you will need:

Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this Industry Client Success Lead, Accounting & Consulting role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience leading client success or account management teams in a B2B SaaS environment, with a demonstrated ability to drive retention, expansion, and executive engagement.
  • Strong operational instincts — comfortable building execution strategies, tracking KPIs, and holding teams accountable to CRM hygiene and reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage complex escalations, navigate cross-functional partnerships, and drive issues to resolution with urgency.
  • A coaching mindset with a track record of developing talent, running structured 1:1s, and building teams that can execute independently.
  • Familiarity with the accounting or consulting industry — including how firms operate, buy software, and measure success — is a strong plus.
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed environment — influencing across Sales, Product, and BU leadership without direct authority.
What you will gain at Intapp:
