About the Role  

We are seeking a resourceful HR Business Partner that will collaborate with leadership to create a people, process and tools foundation for Affinity Group to enhance business strategies and outcomes. You will design and develop materials, processes and communications framed in the employee life cycle so that we attract and retain the best in Food Service, in order to meet our aggressive growth goals.  

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to leadership
  • Act as the talent acquisition expert for the Southeast team, including interviewing, training and coaching leaders to successful hiring practices and outcomes
  • Identify, integrate and deliver effective HR services including change management, coaching, talent development, performance management, recognition and engagement. 
  • Collaborate with HR leader to develop enterprise-wide scalable solutions through assigned projects

 Your education and skills include: 

  • 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role  
  • Bachelor’s degree, business or HR preferred 
  • Creative and innovative growth mindset 
  • Clear communicator and collaborator 
  • Self-awareness 
  • Continuous learner 
  • Servant’s heart

 Technical experience needed:

  1. HCM system literacy, experience with UKG implementation strongly preferred 
  2. ATS implementation experience preferred
  3. Experience with Microsoft O365 (Excel, PowerBI, Teams)
  4. Adobesign/Acrobat

This is an office-based role in North Charlotte. We offer flexibility for occasional work from home.
