At Skylight, you will lead the design and execution of processes that bring innovative enhancements to our hardware products. This includes developing new product variants, accessories, and packaging concepts that align with our mission of connecting families through technology. You will implement tools and workflows that enable cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Design the process to deliver hardware product enhancements (new variants, bundles, accessories, packaging, etc)
  • Lead implementation of tools and workflows to support this process
  • Own execution of specific projects, working with commercial, marketing and operations teams
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware program management or related roles
  • Experienced in product lifecycle management & consumer electronic hardware development
  • Experience designing & implementing cross-functional processes and tools
  • You are “symphony conductor” and comfortable ensuring people follow processes
  • You are highly organized and have great attention to detail
  • You are able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
  • You are a clear communicator and have a knack for making things simple
Benefits

Hourly Rate: $75-80/hr
