In this role, you will work closely with developer teams to understand their technical requirements, then coordinate with infrastructure teams to map those requirements to cloud architectures deployed reliably and at scale. This role is essential in managing complex service migrations, assessing how decisions affect capacity, and balancing trade-offs between competing priorities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for highly visible, cross-functional workstreams by managing and communicating the status of teams, initiatives, and objectives to all stakeholders, including senior management and executives

  • Develop and review comprehensive program plans, balancing them against agile needs and risk management strategies

  • Gain a thorough understanding of GM technical systems to manage and address dependencies between teams and systems

  • Collaborate with product, program, and engineering management to track progress towards goals, ensure schedules are met, and celebrate wins

  • Use technical judgment to effectively track dependencies and risks while working with large cross-functional engineering teams

  • Leverage an understanding of software development and cloud architectures to collaborate closely with engineering teams, supporting the transition of prototypes and legacy systems into robust, cloud deliverables.

  • Proven experience leading complex programs with strong project and stakeholder management skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts clearly

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork

  • Passion for creative problem-solving and driving results through collaboration and innovation
