Clio is more than just a tech company–we are a global leader that is transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.

Summary:

Imagine you could personally change the future of the legal industry, starting from the first customer and scaling a high-growth business unit in the world’s largest legal market. As General Manager, Sharedo US (powered by Clio), you’ll lead our expansion into the US enterprise market, defining how Sharedo transforms how large law firms run their business.

This is a rare opportunity to launch and grow a startup inside an established company. You’ll architect and execute the strategy to bring a proven product to a market where competition is low, and demand for scalable, process-driven solutions is high. You'll build the go-to-market engine and establish a professional services function to support complex enterprise implementations.

Working in partnership with North American leadership and reporting to the GM Sharedo, you are responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing all aspects of Sharedo’s US Business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead Sharedo’s entry and growth in the North American enterprise legal market, from first customer to scaled operation.

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision to grow revenue and market share in the US enterprise legal segment, in close alignment with Sharedo UK.

  • Build and lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning enterprise sales, professional services, solutions, delivery, and partner programs.

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for large law firms (300+ seats), driving awareness, adoption, and momentum.

  • Stand up and scale a professional services organization to support complex software implementations, including team structure and process design.

  • Create and manage a partner ecosystem, including system integrators and implementation firms, to accelerate delivery and adoption.

  • Collaborate with Sharedo UK and Clio teams on product strategy, roadmap localization, and customer feedback loops.

What you may have:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior business leader, responsible for both GTM and services in enterprise SaaS.

  • Enterprise software experience, with a strong track record of closing and implementing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

  • A CEO mindset—high agency, cross-functional fluency, P&L ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

  • Strong people leadership experience; you’ve built and led 30+ person orgs across sales, services, or CS.

  • Experience building professional services and delivery functions in a complex B2B environment.

  • Deep understanding of how to build and scale partner programs and customer onboarding processes.

  • Ability to drive strategy but also roll up your sleeves and build.

  • Background in or exposure to legal tech and understanding of law firm operations is a strong plus.
