The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Objective Analysis: Collaborate closely with business partners and global stakeholders to define and manage the technical capabilities required to drive marketing enablement.
- Technology and Business Liaison: Translate business requirements into specific technology requirements and user stories. Serve as the interface between technology and business partner teams to ensure accurate delivery of solutions.
- Requirements Management: Author business cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for seamless implementation by the development team. Understand technical designs as they relate to business needs.
- Agile Best Practice: Promote Agile values & principles and implement Agile best practices to foster a continuous learning mindset and a strong track record of incremental delivery of business outcomes.
- Collaboration & Partnership: Partner with the Product Owner & Product Manager to support short and long-term planning, maintaining a healthy team backlog ready for execution.
- Proactive Management: Manage interdependencies between teams, anticipate potential impediments to delivery, and proactively mitigate challenges to ensure delivery on commitments.
- Measurement & Reporting: Lead the tracking and reporting of agile team metrics, proactively addressing anti-patterns, mitigating issues, and escalating as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with both leadership and team members to provide clear status and expectation setting across the stakeholder group.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related tech or relevant experience
- 0-2+ years of experience in software engineering and/or marketing technology.
- 0-2+ years of experience in business analysis and the development of use case & requirement definitions
- Familiarity with Agile best practices and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to work in a global environment with matrixed organizational management.
- Experience in one or more of the following Marketing Technology domains: Web Experience Management, Campaign Management, E-commerce, Testing & Optimization, or Data Management.
- Certified Scrum Master with knowledge of SAFe Agile Best Practices.
- Experience in a client-facing role/environment.
- Start-up mindset, with a lean towards action and test & learn practices.
