Description and Requirements
Duties: Serve on the ServiceNow Application Development team, analyzing and solutioning projects within the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) application. Perform analysis, technical design, development and implementation of new applications, enhancements, and production fixes in ServiceNow. Analyze, design, and develop complex functionality in ServiceNow's IT Service Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Knowledge Management, Service Catalog and Requests applications. Interact with business partners and internal and external resources to develop Agile Sprint Planning ranging from estimation, user story breakdown to user story review and feedback. Build unit test scripts, fix defects found in quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) and create automated test scripts using defined tools for ServiceNow. Create design documentation describing installation and operating procedures, diagnose complex issues and troubleshoot code, including the investigation, resolution and fixes for incidents and problems to support production activities. Participate in deployments to validate changes in production. Mentor junior engineers and develop the existing team's technical capabilities.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (will accept foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience performing application configuration, including workflows and documentation. Position requires three (3) years of experience performing enterprise and/or IT service management.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remotely.

The wage range for applicants for this position is $115,372.00 to $133,600.00 per year. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
