The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Service & Support Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and provide guidance to help clients improve their customer interactions. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences for clients

- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns for informed decision-making
- Developing commercial awareness by understanding how the business works and applying professional standards
- Engaging in customer experience strategy to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy
- Utilizing customer data management techniques to support client engagement and retention strategies
- Implementing business process improvements to optimize customer service management and enhance client support
- Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing customer relations and value propositions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
- Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration
- Utilizing customer journey analysis and customer segmentation

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
