Team Automotive Group is actively seeking a driven, accountable, and performance-focused Finance Manager to join our leadership team.

We are looking for a professional who understands how to maximize opportunity while maintaining compliance, structure, and customer experience at a high level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Managing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance process
• Structuring deals and securing lender approvals
• Presenting finance and protection products professionally and ethically
• Maximizing product penetration and overall PVR performance
• Ensuring compliance with dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining accurate CIT and funding processes
• Delivering a professional and efficient customer experience

What Success Looks Like:
• Strong Finance PVR performance
• High product penetration percentages
• Clean, compliant deal structure
• Fast funding and low CIT aging
• Positive customer experience and CSI performance

Qualifications

• Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred
• Strong understanding of lenders, deal structure, and compliance
• Experience with menu presentation and product sales
• Strong communication and customer presentation skills
• High accountability and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license
