Manage all Finance & Insurance (F&I) processes: structure deals, secure lender approvals, present finance and protection products ethically, maximize product penetration and PVR, ensure compliance and accurate funding/CIT, and deliver fast, professional customer experience.

Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries via phone, text, and email. Follow up with potential buyers, schedule and confirm sales appointments, maintain CRM records and follow-up tasks, and collaborate with sales and management to drive showroom traffic and convert leads.
