Job Summary:
The Finance Business Operations Specialist I is responsible for ensuring data integrity, mitigating financial risks, and upholding company policies for Spectrum Reach. This position will start in one of our key functional areas of Risk Mitigation, Billing Process Management, Cash Management, Accounts Receivables or Client Support
Shift is Monday to Friday 10am EST to 7pm EST with one day remote
Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support new Client onboarding, enforcing compliance and data integrity
  • Assists in credit analysis and monitoring to mitigate company risk and prevent bad debt
  • Review of new Client contracts to ensure adherence to company policies
  • Performs Client account updates and related changes
  • Process monthly invoicing while ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Administers entry of financial transactions and related reconciliations
  • Oversee and support the management of accounts receivables
  • Ensure positive Client experience by delivering on support service level agreements
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward and professional manner
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently; highly motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate follow through
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Operations or related field or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills as Specialist will be talking with both internal and external clients
  • Ability to work a schedule of 10am-7pm
  • Finance Operations; credit review, billing and/or accounts receivable experience (2+ years)
  • Customer Service (2+ years)
