As a Business Manager, Vice President within the Global Technology Finance & Business Management team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by supporting strategic initiatives, financial performance management, and business operations. You will help coordinate resources, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and provide insights that support executive decision-making. You will partner across Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other functions to drive execution of business priorities and support organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement business strategies, strategic initiatives, and new platforms while aligning business and support functions
- Drive initiatives focused on improving business performance, expense management, and resource utilization
- Identify, escalate, and help mitigate business risks, including regulatory, legal, operational, and capacity-related risks
- Analyze financial performance and expenses to identify productivity opportunities and support implementation of improvement initiatives
- Partner with business, Operations, and Technology teams to define future workflows and support implementation of technology and infrastructure initiatives
- Collaborate with external service providers and infrastructure partners to support business objectives
- Represent the business in internal and external working groups and governance forums
- Support senior management through business planning, strategic analysis, and coordination of key initiatives
- Deliver reporting, analysis, and recommendations that support business performance and decision-making
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in Business Management, Chief Operating Office, Product, or related business support functions
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business operations, or financial performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and present conclusions clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships across a broad range of functions and stakeholder groups
- Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Ability to define and execute strategic priorities across multiple teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and a logical, structured approach to problem-solving
