Finance & Business Management Vice President - Securities Services
Join our collaborative team where you’ll play a key role in supporting Funds Services Technology and Product areas. You’ll help us deliver strategic initiatives and optimize vendor relationships, making a meaningful impact on our business.
As a Vice President in Securities Services Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you will support the Funds Services Technology and Product teams by driving key strategic initiatives and managing vendor relationships. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping to identify and mitigate business risks while finding opportunities for improvement. This dynamic role offers exposure to multiple lines of business and the chance to make a real difference in our operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain vendor databases and contracts, including approvals, onboarding, invoicing, and reporting
- Lead monthly vendor governance meetings with technology, product, finance, and controllers, providing analysis and reporting
- Contribute to annual planning, financial forecasting, and reporting, and coordinate materials for business reviews and scorecards
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for product and senior management, especially during planning cycles
- Collaborate across teams to support weekly and monthly processes, including forecasting, accruals, and other initiatives
- Produce and present data and analytics clearly, accurately, and on time to all levels of senior management with Technology and Product
- Ensure data integrity across systems by resolving discrepancies
- Foster a culture of partnership and operational excellence
- Support the management, coaching, and development of junior team members
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting and analytics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Access
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Prior experience in a Business Management or COO role
- Experience supporting multiple lines of business or working in a dynamic environment
- Master's Degree preferred
