Join Consumer & Community Banking Finance & Business Management  in a highly visible role that helps define how we measure and communicate the business value of AI. You’ll partner with senior leaders across Data & Analytics, Finance, Strategy, Product, and the Firm’s central AI teams to bring clarity, consistency, and strong storytelling to AI outcomes.

 As an AI Valuation Chief of Staff-Vice President in Consumer & Community Finance & Business Management, you will lead the end-to-end coordination of the AI value measurement agenda. You’ll help define and operationalize frameworks, align metrics and methodologies across teams, and ensure reporting is supported by high-quality data and consistent standards. You will translate AI initiatives into measurable business outcomes and produce executive-ready insights that support senior leadership decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with D&A executives and central AI teams to define and operationalize the AI value measurement framework
  • Coordinate AI valuation activities across teams to align assumptions, metrics, methodologies, and reporting standards
  • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and insights that demonstrate business impact from AI investments
  • Drive data quality, completeness, and accuracy across AI inventories, tracking systems, and supporting platforms
  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to establish credible value attribution methodologies and benefit measurement approaches
  • Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for senior executives
  • Identify reporting gaps and implement process improvements to increase transparency into AI adoption, performance, and outcomes
  • Establish and maintain a consistent operating cadence for AI valuation deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder alignment
  • Serve as a central coordinator across CCB D&A, managing priorities, dependencies, and enterprise requests related to AI valuation
  • Support development and review of business cases, investment rationales, and performance measurement materials for AI initiatives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 8 + years of experience in strategy, business management, finance, consulting, program management, or transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into executive insights
  • Experience developing business cases, financial analyses, performance measurement frameworks, or executive reporting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materials
  • Ability to influence across organizations and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience supporting AI, Data & Analytics, technology, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of value measurement, business impact assessment, productivity metrics, or investment evaluation frameworks
  • Experience building executive dashboards, performance reporting, or strategic communications
  • Familiarity with enterprise data environments and data quality management practices
  • Experience defining KPIs and governance for measurement programs spanning multiple teams
