Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular, Python, and AI application development using LangGraph/LangChain frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications while integrating AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows. This role requires hands-on experience across front-end, back-end, cloud technologies, API development, and modern AI frameworks.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $95k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, and Angular.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Web Services.
  • Develop AI-powered applications using Python, LangGraph, LangChain, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Design and implement multi-agent workflows, AI orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
  • Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms and business applications.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
  • Work with cloud-native services on Azure including App Services, Functions, Azure OpenAI, Storage, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular (12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Proficiency in Python for AI/ML and backend development.
  • Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and LLM integrations.
  • Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
  • Experience with SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, API Gateway, and Event-Driven Design.
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with authentication and security frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT, and Azure AD.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience with Semantic Kernel or Microsoft AI ecosystem.
  • Exposure to Prompt Engineering, AI Model Evaluation, and LLM Monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Containerization.
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
