How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead teams to deliver enterprise-level initiatives, cultivating high performance and collaboration
- Oversee, plan, monitor and manage risks while allocating resources for multiple projects from conception through implementation
- Define and implement Spectrum Business' program management strategy, governance model and best practices
- Partner with executives to set priorities, approve business cases and align projects with corporate strategy
- Drive resource planning, capacity management and organizational impact in partnership with executive leadership
- Serve as executive sponsor for critical programs, ensuring support and accountability across the organization
- Ensure clear communication and coordination across departments and senior leadership to achieve project objectives within budget and established success parameters

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 8+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of people leader experience
Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies
- Experience with project management applications
- Proven leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
