BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Director, Program Management on the Credit Services Team, you'll use your extensive project management experience to manage multiple programs to enhance credit strategies and operations processes while delivering a seamless customer experience. You'll be involved in strategic leadership of several highly complex or enterprise-wide program(s) with overall responsibility for one or more functional area.

  • Directing a team responsible for the integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business
  • Partnering with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve the goals of the enterprise
  • Executing established project management processes and methodologies to ensure delivery of project scope on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations
  • Working with senior leadership to develop program direction and changes


You'll work in a fast-paced, high-impact office environment. You'll thrive in this role if you can work both collaboratively and independently, show judgement and initiative to accomplish goals, and manage all aspects of the design, development, and implementations of programs.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Managing complex programs or projects: 8 years or more; Management experience: 5 years or more
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Skills: Demonstrated management leading teams of individual program and project managers; Effectively analyze and interpret data; Document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations
  • Abilities: Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional and virtual teams; Oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole; Prioritize and organize effectively; Show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties; Influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Telecommunications Industry
  • Education: Advanced management or technical degree; Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
