JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Digital Analytic & Reporting Analyst is responsible for analytical and reporting support of Charter's residential and business e-commerce websites.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Measure performance metrics for multiple e-commerce websites in the capacity of site optimization, revenue attribution, media (campaign and social media), business impact and the analysis of multi-channel behavior. Emphasis is placed on KPI identification and then continuous improvement.
Partner and collaborate with business stakeholders in examining and compiling web performance and transactional based data and analyzing the correlation between online and offline data sources to provide behavioral insights.
Provide data interpretation, design models and track results across multiple marketing channels using various data sources and toolsets.
Identify growth and optimization opportunities for data collection and web analytics service offerings. Partner with industry experts (digital/web analytics, BI, etc.) to ensure best practices and new initiatives are observed.
Develop standardized data collection methodologies and processes to support reporting needs for online campaigns, website behavior, and conversion funnel performance.
Work with IT to create technology best practices and infrastructure to support enterprise-scale web analytics tools and capabilities.
Identify opportunities to capture additional user behavior data.
Identify and develop data collection strategies to support standard and ad hoc reporting on key performance indicators that directly measure online campaigns, website and conversion funnel performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, web analytics administration and technical constituents (MIS, IT, etc.) to develop technical requirements documentation.
Lead the web analytics tag implementation and testing during the development of online media, marketing landing pages, websites, conversion funnels and applications.
Manage relationships with digital analytics vendors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Advanced skills with Excel & PowerPoint
Advanced skills with Google Analytics
Fluency in using various industry standard reporting tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, Excel, Access and Tableau
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Digital Marketing - 5+
Analytics - 3+
