As a Manager, Seamless Entertainment - Campaign Management you will lead the planning and coordination of strategtic marketing initiatives and annual campaign calendars. You'll collaborate with key partners to ensure alignment arouned product launches, promotional events, and co-marketing opportunities, helping drive the organization toward its growth and engagement goals.
WHAT OUR MANAGERS ENJOY MOST:

  • Translating high-level strategic goals into actionable marketing plans and timelines.
  • Creating and managing a comprehensive campaign calendar across video entertainment offerings.
  • Leading monthly planning processes and securing cross-functional alignment on priorities.

  • Acting as the point person for internal cross-functional teams during campaign rollouts.
  • Collaborating with partners on multicultural and promotional campaigns.
  • Managing content and tentpole programming calendars to keep all teams informed and coordinated.
  • Working closely with research teams to integrate insights and optimize campaign performance.


You'll actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through implementing and maintaining marketing plans that align with organizational and departmental objectives tied to customer engagement, retention, and revenue. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Marketing or related experience 5 years. Management experience 2 years. Digital Marketing or CX 2 years.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or related discipline and/or equivalent experience
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of streaming apps, including marketing acumen. Demand generation, upsell, cross sell, retention, and engagement marketing channels. Technically savvy; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Analytics and Tableau preferred. Knowledge of marketing strategies and procedures.
  • Skills: Project management, communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical approach to presenting recommendations and making decisions.
  • Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can prioritize and organize effectively. Can supervise and motivate others. Can manage multiple projects while coordinating efforts across a variety of functional areas. Can create plans, timelines, expense forecasts and process flowcharts.
  • Travel ability: Office environment. Travel as required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing end-to-end marketing calendars.
  • Deep understanding of digital and video streaming ecosystems.
  • Passion for customer experience and campaign effectiveness.
