As Director of Product Marketing, you will drive product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and manage the marketing operations for Eigen Labs' verifiable cloud.

Eigen Labs is building the infrastructure for a more trustworthy internet.

Today's digital world runs on trust-me promises: "Trust that this AI model is giving you unbiased results." "Trust that this platform isn't manipulating your feed." "Trust that this service will honor its commitments." These trust assumptions create massive friction and limit what's possible online.

EigenCloud changes this by making any digital service verifiable. Built on our EigenLayer protocol, which has attracted billions in economic security, EigenCloud lets developers build applications with mathematical trust guarantees instead of pinky promises.

For developers, this means the best of both worlds: Use familiar cloud tools and programming environments while gaining blockchain-level verifiability. No need to rewrite your application in specialized blockchain languages or accept the limitations of smart contract environments.

For the world, this unlocks transformative applications:

  • AI systems with economic accountability for their outputs

  • Social platforms with verifiable, manipulation-resistant algorithms

  • Prediction markets that can resolve on any real-world event

  • Financial services with cryptographic transparency

  • Any application where trust and correctness matter

We're moving beyond crypto's current focus on digital money to make all digital interactions more trustworthy. With the fastest-growing developer ecosystem in crypto and backing from top-tier investors, we're at the inflection point where verifiable computing goes mainstream.

Ready to build the trust layer for the internet? We're looking for builders who want to solve hard problems and create technology that makes the digital world fundamentally more reliable.

The Role

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will build, operate and scale our product marketing machine from the ground up. We are seeking a talented, self-directed Product Marketer to join our team and help shape the development of the verifiable cloud. In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams to set product positioning and strategy, define and direct our developer go-to-market, drive product launches and shape the perception of EigenLayer as a comprehensive developer platform for building verifiable applications and services.

You will lead the execution of our Developer GTM with counterparts across the company and ecosystem. Execution will span owned, earned and community channels, paid and performance media, 3rd party events, and technical skilling. If you’re excited by the prospect of defining how EigenLayer can empower developers and drive the growth of verifiable apps, agents and services, we’d like to hear from you!

This is a full-time position that is fully remote or located with the largely Seattle-based team.

You Will Own:
  • Release marketing and GTM execution: Drive the end-to-end strategy and execution for product launches, owning the cross-functional release marketing calendar and ensuring high-impact rollouts across channels, aligned with our evolving platform and AVS offerings.

  • Product narratives and positioning: Craft compelling, technically grounded narratives that differentiate EigenLayer in the market—translating complex concepts into clear value propositions tailored to developers, operators, partners, and the broader ecosystem.

  • Product growth: Continuously test, refine, and optimize the programs and assets that fuel product growth—from collateral and events to website and co-marketing—while leveraging competitive insights and ecosystem metrics to inform strategy.

What You Will Do:
  • Product positioning and strategy:

    • Define the long-term vision and strategy for EigenLayer in conjunction with General Managers and PMs based on a deep understanding of developer needs, market and user research and trends, competitive landscape, and Eigen Labs’’ business goals and strategy.

    • Define and communicate the value proposition of our core first party developer offerings as well as our rich ecosystem of third party AVSs.

    • Help steer product roadmap based on customer, market, and competitive insights; and own the public-facing roadmap.

    • Partner with Content, Comms and Creative teams to land product-centric value propositions and messaging on external channels.

  • Go-to-market strategy:

    • Own the GTM strategy for our evolving set of platform offerings, mapping out core developer persona and journeys, developing messaging & positioning, use cases, competitive intelligence, and launch strategy.

    • Support pricing & packaging decisions for new products.

  • Product disclosure and launch:

    • Own release marketing from end to end — defining streamlined release marketing process, leading strategic planning and execution of product launches and/or product-focused events in a way that maximizes market impact and adoption, and analyzing launch performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Collaborate closely with the Product team to deeply understand new features and updates, translating technical details into clear and compelling marketing messages.

    • Lead the execution of priority GTM campaigns, scaling impact through supporting teams across Product, Creative, Growth, Content, and Developer Relations.

    • Manage the developer marketing budget for execution across channels.

  • Full-funnel execution:

    • Partner with Content and Developer Relations teams to design and measure top of funnel marketing initiatives as the subject matter expert for developer products.

    • Work with Growth and Sales to drive partnerships and activations that increase trial and adoption of our products.

What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in senior-level product marketing roles, with a track record of success developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches.

  • 5+ years in technical product marketing product management roles, with a deep understanding of the motivations and needs of developer audiences.

  • A familiarity of the Ethereum developer ecosystem and its core technical audiences. Strong candidates will have direct experience marketing for a crypto developer ecosystem.

  • Comfort getting hands on with data. Ideal candidates can interpret product and market signals, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing strategies over time.

  • Experience crafting compelling positioning, messaging and developer content.

  • Prior experience driving company or business unit wide marketing strategies in partnership with cross-functional partners like Engineering, Product, Growth Marketing and Developer Relations.

  • Track record of managing an annual marketing budget with excellent performance metrics.

  • A self-starter and ownership mentality, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Relevant experience driving adoption and engagement for cloud services is a plus.

The target base salary for this role will range between $200,000 and $250,000 USD. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Eigen Labs provides various employee benefits, including:

US Benefits
  • Competitive salary and non-cash compensation (tokens and equity)

  • World class benefits package (medical/dental/vision)

  • Remote work set up stipend

  • Flexible hours and a supportive remote environment

  • Flexible time off

  • 401(k) retirement plan + company match

  • Monthly wellness benefit

  • Yearly off-sites

  • Paid parental leave

If hired outside of the US through an EOR, benefits will be offered based on specific country requirements and EOR offerings.
