The Digital Marketing Manager is a dynamic and motivated self-starter with a passion for experimenting and diving into data to iterate on our strategies to drive success. They are an expert in utilizing multiple channels and campaigns to drive growth and contribute directly to revenue and profits. They have a proven track record of increasing sales revenues and exceeding personal targets; ideally with a demonstrated results in the B2B SaaS industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Devise, research, execute, and optimize a portfolio of growth-oriented, ROI-focused digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to SEM (SEO and paid search), paid social, and other potential paid digital marketing channels to help the Business units meet their growth goals including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Optimize the entire conversion funnel and continuously experiment with bidding strategies, targeting, messaging, ad creative, and landing pages to drive incremental pipeline
  • Drive success across all existing core digital channels by managing budgets and bids and maximizing search performance, web traffic, and conversions
  • Develop, manage, and evolve our organic growth strategy and SEO roadmap, to meaningfully grow our audience and expand our brand awareness
  • Use data to analyze the impact and results of multi-channel campaigns to plan yearly, quarterly, and monthly growth objectives
  • Support the redesign of, and ongoing updates to our company websites
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling ad creatives, including graphics, videos, and copy
  • Ensure brand consistency across all advertising materials

  • Extensive expertise with Google Ads (text, display, video), social media ads (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit), SEO tools, A/B testing tools, CRMs (HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot) in a B2B environment.
  • A good understanding of digital marketing tools and concepts, such as Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, conversion tracking and conversion rate optimization.
  • A knack for creating, launching, and continuously optimizing effective PPC campaigns; properly setting up conversion tracking, testing strategies to bring down the cost and maximize conversions, and using modeling to determine PPC effectiveness
  • Hands on experience with email marketing and lifecycle management tools for lead nurture and optimized conversion
  • Experience in A/B testing, experiment design, campaign analysis
  • Experience optimizing WordPress websites and landing page creations to effectively support multiple marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with and managing channel partners and vendor partners to get projected results

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Formal Education or Equivalent: University degree/ diploma in marketing, advertising, sales, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing using digital media ad platforms in a B2B environment.
