The Digital Marketing Manager at Fullscript will lead and execute high-impact digital advertising campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of programmatic technology, Display Advertising, Paid Search, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), along with hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Google Ads, Microsoft Ad, and other relevant tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaign success and contribute to Fullscript's growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple digital campaigns, with a large focus on programmatic channels, and working collaboratively to optimize performance. You will play a key role in driving Fullscript's digital advertising strategy while refining and improving processes to achieve the best possible results. Let's GO!
What You'll Do:
- Programmatic & Paid Search Strategy & Execution: Help drive planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic and paid search campaigns across platforms, focusing on customer acquisition and lifecycle engagement. Ensure cohesive strategy across Display, Video, and Search.
- Campaign Management: Build, manage, optimize, and troubleshoot diverse programmatic and SEM campaigns across the marketing funnel. Leverage market-leading DSPs, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads to achieve Fullscript’s growth goals.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large data sets to pull meaningful insights related to campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results. Measure campaign success against KPIs to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, and analytics, while also managing external partners and vendors. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring the effective execution of programmatic campaigns.
- Client & Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, clients, and key stakeholders. Collaborate on strategy and planning for programmatic campaigns as part of Fullscript’s broader marketing mix.
- Process Improvement: Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of Fullscript’s programmatic capabilities. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflow and ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
- Commercial Management: Oversee budget management, including spend delivery, invoicing, investment, and margin tracking. Help drive profitability within the department while ensuring campaign efficiency and performance.
What You Bring To The Table:
- Solid experience in programmatic advertising and paid search campaign management, with hands-on experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DSPs, and ad-serving platforms.
- Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, both locally and globally, with an emphasis on SEM, programmatic display, and their roles in customer engagement.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides to analyze campaign performance and present insights clearly.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of numeracy and literacy to manage complex campaigns and deliver results.
- Strong communication skills, able to work cross-functionally, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing commercial aspects of digital campaigns, including budgeting, invoicing, and margin management.

- Familiarity with performance tracking tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to evaluate both programmatic and paid search performance.
