Job Description SummaryBased in DACH and reporting to the Marketing Manager Ultrasound DACH, this role will support the DACH Region on their Omnichannel projects.
This person will support the Region in their digital Marketing activities which includes the planning and coordination of automated digital campaigns as well as the maintenance and operation of the Region’s own customer website.
The Digital MarCom Leader Ultrasound DACH will interact frequently with Region Marketing and Sales and needs to collaborate and partner with a variety of IT functions inside and outside Ultrasound as well as outside vendors. Furthermore, this person will monitor and report results on a frequent basis to the campaigns’ key stakeholders.
This is a key role, which will help optimizing funnel creation across Ultrasound DACH.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive targeted digital marketing strategy to generate sales opportunities and ultimately drive revenue through the use of targeted, segmented, and personalized outreach. Leverage promotional activities such as search engine marketing (i.e. paid ads on search engine), retargeting, programmatic, targeted display, and other ad units. Use analytics, a/b testing, and contact management to improve cost per conversion and to nurture leads and influence life cycle marketing campaigns.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.

  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  • Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
