Location: 100% onsite (Charlotte office) $20/hr  ** 1509 Orchard Lake Dr., Ste. A Charlotte NC 28270** 

Schedule: Flexible first shift. Start between 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM and finish your 8-hour day between 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM. 

Your Role as a Data Entry Specialist:    

As a Data Entry Specialist, you play an important role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of the data that powers Fusable’s products and services. You will review, interpret, and enter information from a variety of sources into our systems, helping ensure our clients receive reliable, high-quality data. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. 

A Day in the Life of a Data Entry Specialist:   

In this role, you will analyze and process information from UCC filings and other digital sources, accurately entering data into our systems while following established standards and procedures. You will review records for completeness and accuracy, identify and correct discrepancies, and ensure data integrity before submission. 

You’ll work independently while collaborating with teammates to meet production goals and quality standards. Throughout the day, you may also track corrections, identify trends or recurring issues, and contribute to process improvements that enhance data quality and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze and interpret alphabetic, numeric, scanned, and database records from UCC filings and other digital sources. 
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into internal systems following established formatting and classification standards. 
  • Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. 
  • Identify and correct omissions, formatting issues, and logical inconsistencies. 
  • Track edits, corrections, and exceptions to support auditing and continuous process improvement efforts. 
  • Meet productivity and quality expectations in a high-volume environment. 
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work. 

              What You'll Need: 

              • High school diploma or equivalent.  
              • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.  
              • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
              • Comfortable managing repetitive tasks in a high-volume production environment.  
              • Basic keyboarding, alphanumeric, and 10-key data entry skills.  
              • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.  
              • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.  
              • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

                            Nice to Have:  

                            • Previous data entry, records processing, administrative, or production-based experience.  
                            • Experience working with databases or document management systems.  
                            • Familiarity with quality control or data validation processes.  
                            • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.

                            Pay Transparency:   

                            $18/HR - $20/HR

                            The base salary or hourly range listed above represents the good faith estimate of the compensation Fusable reasonably expects to pay for this position upon hire. Actual compensation packages are individualized and determined by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, internal equity, certifications, education, qualifications, specific skill set, and Fusable’s business needs. Additional compensation may include bonuses and equity.
