In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of Cyber Social Responsibility programs focused on customer and community cyber education.
- Design, build, and facilitate in-branch cyber human defense workshops, fraud awareness activities, seminars, and community outreach engagements.
- Develop executive-ready briefings, strategic narratives, progress updates, talking points, and presentation materials for senior leadership.
- Create audience-specific educational content that translates complex cybersecurity and fraud topics into practical and actionable guidance.
- Establish repeatable engagement models, operational processes, measurement frameworks, and reporting mechanisms to support program scale.
- Coordinate stakeholder activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment on timelines, dependencies, resources, and outcomes.
- Represent Wells Fargo at conferences, community events, industry forums, and customer-facing engagements.
- Measure program effectiveness through participation, engagement, and behavioral outcome metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify emerging fraud and cyber threats affecting customers and incorporate timely awareness content into engagements and materials.
- Support strategic initiatives that enhance Wells Fargo's reputation as a trusted leader in customer cyber safety and digital resilience
- Act as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions
- Serve as information security lead to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness

- 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience in developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations or communications for senior leadership audiences
- Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity, fraud prevention, organizational psychology, behavior change, adult learning, or community education programs.
- Ability to simplify complex cyber, fraud, risk, or technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience facilitating workshops, customer education events, conferences, or community outreach initiatives
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking experience with diverse audiences
- Influence on cross-functional partners to build strong working relationships across business, risk, communications, legal, public affairs, marketing, community engagement, or customer experience teams.
- Experience designing measurement frameworks and reporting business outcomes.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, build structure, and drive execution for an evolving capability.
- Advanced PowerPoint, presentation design, and visual storytelling skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
