About the Team:

The Customer Education team, part of the Revenue Marketing organization, is a growing, passionate team dedicated to putting customers at the center of everything we do. We believe that empowered users are successful users, so we're building scalable, innovative learning experiences that meet customers where they are in the age of AI.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Customer Education Specialist to be the connective tissue between Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Education. You'll sit in the room for GTM planning, track what's changing and when, and turn that into a clear, organized execution plan for the team, so nothing falls through the cracks and nothing gets built twice.

This is a coordination and execution role at its core, but it's not administrative. You'll need to understand our education channels well enough to know what information is needed, when it is needed by, and you'll need a genuine appetite for using AI to build, template, and automate so the team can move faster without sacrificing quality.

Who You Are:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer education, project coordination, program management, or a related field
  • Highly organized, with a natural instinct for building process, templates, and systems rather than reinventing the wheel each time
  • Comfortable using AI tools to build and automate, and eager to find new ways to apply them to content and workflow challenges
  • A strong communicator who can synthesize fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous information into clear next steps for a team
  • Curious about product and comfortable with Product and Product Marketing stakeholders
  • Executes well against defined processes and knows when to seek guidance on prioritization or strategy rather than guessing

What You’ll Do:

  • Join Product and Product Marketing GTM meetings, take ownership of notes and action items, and translate roadmap and launch updates into clear asset requirements for the Customer Education team
  • Coordinate execution across In-App, LMS, Help Center, vILT, Certification, & other education channels, understanding which channel content belongs in and when it needs to ship
  • Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive work, accelerate content production, and reduce manual overhead, and bring those ideas to the team
  • Build and maintain templates, trackers, and workflows that keep the team's work organized and pointed to a single source of truth
  • Keep stakeholders across Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Education aligned as roadmaps and launch timelines shift, flagging risks and conflicts early
  • Support the day-to-day execution of education initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities stay visible to the team

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
