This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

The Contract Channel Sales Analyst supports the growth and operational success of the Contract Channel by managing customer pricing, quote administration, forecasting support, new product implementation, and issue resolution for key national accounts. This role partners closely with Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to ensure pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, and forecast visibility across strategic contract customers.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and excels at collaborating across functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer quote creation, maintenance, implementation, and renewal activities while ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with approved pricing strategies.
  • Partner with Pricing teams to execute customer-specific price loads, maintain pricing files, validate pricing integrity, and support annual pricing updates.
  • Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, rebate issues, and other customer-related escalations impacting account performance.
  • Support daily Contract Channel operations by monitoring system exceptions, resolving order-related issues, and maintaining operational workflows.
  • Coordinate new product introductions, product transitions, and discontinued product updates to ensure accurate pricing, quoting, and customer readiness.
  • Collaborate with National Account Managers and Builder Account Managers to analyze business trends, support demand forecasting, and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, performance metrics, and business insights to support decision-making and channel performance.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Pricing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Contract Channel customers to drive issue resolution and continuous process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, contract administration, customer support, supply chain, or a related analytical function.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, manage multiple priorities, and support cross-functional business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
